Dually has always been my rock for a gate horse but then a few years ago he started backing out of the gate on me and finally last year we realized it was because of pain from arthritis. We tried injections while I was back home for a month during the summer, but they only worked temporarily so we put finding a solution on hold while I was going back to live in Texas. The last week I was in Texas, me and Fallon were having one last girls day and I was telling her how worried I was about Dually and that his career might be over and she practically rolled her eyes at me and told me not until I try C B D So when I got home, we got Dually injected in the last joint that hadn’t been injected and started him on one 50MG cube a day. I’ve had a horse in training since November. This is a nice horse. He’s very gentle and kind, but he has anxiety from Previous trainers. A 20 minute ride at a walk leaves him lathered in sweat from the fear and anxiety he has. I am usually very good at addressing this problem in troubled horses, but I just could not get this guy to relax 100%. I tried the cbd pellets and let me tell you, he’s like a different horse. He’s relaxed, easier to catch, and not worried under saddle. He’s a very athletic guy who knows half pass, lead changes, and usually he’s a freight train when doing these maneuvers. With the cbd he’s much more quiet and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this product along with a good training program to help these horses that have had traumatic experiences. I have had my 17 year old gelding on the hemp pellets for about 5-6 months and it has given me my horse back. I rescued him out of a kill pen so I had no back story on him. I ran barrels on him and we roped on him for about 2 years and then he started showing lameness issues. With xrays we had found he had previous injuries that were affecting him with his age. He also has arthritis. I tried everything to help him. I tried bute, equiox, special shoes, easy boots, and pretty much anything else I could try to help him. I stopped competing on him and retired him. He got really bad last summer. He could barely walk and I was thinking I was going to have to put him down. 16yo Chihuahua w/lifespan of 8yrs due to liver shunts, hypothyroidism, heart defect and more. His vet is amazing. But for the last 3yrs he has been sleepy, keeps to himself and just, well, old. Within a week on the oil he is marching around more than sleeping, making eye contact, greeting visitors, squabbling over toys and WANTS TO BE HELD. It brings tears to my eyes to see him seriously back to puppy stage.
12yo Heeler/Jack Russel farm dog rescue. Toughest most athletic dog I’ve ever seen. He is my right hand guy on the farm, I can’t run it without him. Got attacked by a huge vicious dog 3 months ago and it took everything out of him. I almost put him down. Like the Chihuahua, he just got sleepy and old and lost interest in the farm. 9yo Belgian/Shetland (yep) dressage horse. 15.1h, size 6 shoe, 1150lbs, grade 1 hock, regular chiro and 2x yr Adequan/Legend. He was an Amish plow horse, so he has miles on him. It used to take a 10 min warm up walk followed by 2 min of stiff trot to loosen him up. Took him off his oral joint supplements. 2 weeks into these pellets he warms up like a Ferrari. He is taking more weight behind & bending better (hello hock). On the ground he used to act like you were electrocuting him when you touched him. He would stand, but he didn’t like to be touched, yet perfect under saddle. Now he enjoys grooming and his eye is soft 100% of the time. I was so skeptical about the cbd oil for people. I had tried other stuff but it didn’t work. Their product WORKS. I have significant damage to discs in my back I have had surgery on both my shoulders and I am allergic to painkillers so needless to say pain is a big part of my life. I have been taking the cbd oil for almost three months now and I will never go without it again! My joints used to ache severely for days after doing anything strenuous. It really works! I have a 300# castrated male goat, Rascal, that had a flare up of his arthritis in his knees and he would hardly stand up. When he did he was limping badly. I started using hemp for my 30+ year old Shetland pony mare. We were having difficulty getting her weight up and no matter how much we tried to increase her mash she’d only eat up to a certain amount before just leaving the rest. She has cushings (pergolide makes her depressed so she can’t take that) and was losing weight…. it seemed like she was giving up. We were looking at end of life decisions. My vet recommended me trying her on hemp pellets…. so I had tried everything else, I’ll try one more thing! This product has helped my horse soooo much it’s unbelievable! Omg I’m shocked. My mare is 25, the boarding barn stopped feeding her well and as a result she dropped weight badly. Not realizing they stopped feeding, we were vet bound thinking something was ill-fully wrong. Nope!

Original Testimony: Coco is a 9 year old AQHA who’s main job is dressage. I have owned her for about 1.5 years. Before I bought her, she got kicked in the left hock and it severed the muscle from the bone. Several vets assured that it was a recoverable injury with correct work. The first 6 months I had her, everything was fine. She was gaining strength in that muscle and was rarely stiff or sore on it. Then, last May, she developed an abscess on her right front. She ended up blowing out 5 abscesses on the foot and was off for 3 months. Since coming back from that, she has been routinely stiff and sore on that leg. She does work out of it but it’s really hard to watch an animal that you are responsible for walking around in pain. Among many other things for Coco, she started the hemp pellets. She has had less stiffness and soreness since starting. She also looks amazing. Her coat and mane and tail are so shiny and soft. I would definitely recommend trying hemp pellets.

Pain meds/anti-inflammatory drugs helped her some, but we do not like to keep her on those long term. She would be almost lame if she tried to go out to the back pasture with the rest of the herd because it was too much walking for her. Since we started her on the hemp, she is a significantly different horse because she can move around so much more smoothly. She has become more assertive and social with the other horses, and she now gladly goes all the way to the back pasture with them. She was trotting around today and I could not catch her. – Dawn W.

He was a breeding stud for his 12 years before he went to CHRN and then to Harmony for training.
