I began writing prophetic words in poetic form on July 7, 2005, a gift from the Holy Spirit. I didn’t always fully understand what I wrote, until the words came to pass in my life. Translating the prophetic poetry to scripture was even more enriching and powerful to my understanding than the affect it first had on my soul, which always made me to know just how much love and mercy God has on me and all people… “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
This is the beginning! Jesus is The Door, the only legal way to the Father; reconciliation & forgiveness of sin through the sacrifice of His own sinless life. There is so much more to learn from there, as Jesus said we are to become born again, and then renew our minds with His word, for His ways are not our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9; Romans 12:1-2). He also said, in prayer to the Father, “And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.” (-Jn 17:3). We are without excuse, we can know Him!
I’ll never go back to the life I once lived, for this new life He has bestowed upon me as a gift, and I hope that what reflects of Him in my life is a gift to you, a light and a hope, in Christ. I will never be perfect, but He is, and His way is faithful to continue changing me to be more like Him.
