Who Do You Say I Am?

Look to the system
Quick to learn
Who is the authority?
Who will discern?

Rebels all about
Faces behind masks
What is the price
To leave it at-last?

David
A heart dissected
Deep in praise
Without shame
He worshipped
All of Me
No one to see

Daylight comes
Upon all
Who has been with Me
Shepherding, singing,
Reflecting

Who do you say I am?
Schooling shapes
The way
Through what degree
Do you see Me

Here I am
Under the stars
Presenting truth
Here I am above the stars
Ruling over all

Ancient sands
Running through
Today’s hands
Hear My laughter
My cry
My Holy Spirit
Teaches
Young and old

Tombs lay in the rest of time
Sands dance and twirl
Singing of My glory
My art
The wind I consume
In My breath
I give
My blood for your heart
What treasure do I withhold?
What map will you not unfold?
To find?

Who do you say I am?
